Warranty

 

If you want to return your product under warranty, please, follow our instructions:

  • Submit a service ticket or email at wecare@anycallnow.com Or call 1 (302)9185-488 for troubleshooting
  • If the product is within the 5-year warranty period, PhonetoneTech Technical Support will provide the customer with an RMA number. Please always Contact Us prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain an R.M.A form (Return Merchandise Authorization) with the related address.
  • Our Customer Support specialists will help you by either fixing the existing product or proceeding with a replacement.

In case of a replacement:

  • Customer will be asked to ship back the product according to our return policy guideline.
  • After receiving the product to our fulfillment center, we will inspect if there is any technical issue with the product and will give a report with options of replacement or a refund according to our return policy guideline.

The warranty won’t be covered if:

  • There is any physical damage with any item in the package;
  • The unit was opened from inside and there was a repair attempt;
  • The customer is not providing any proof of the malfunction.
  • The customer is not providing the proof of purchase (i.e. email, invoice).

Return & Refund Policy

 

You can return any item for a refund/replacement within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Please, note that the address mentioned on the website is NOT a return address. To return, you need to contact us at wecare@anycallnow.com or call 1 (302)9185-488 for troubleshooting to get detailed return instructions before sending any products back.

Please note that we are not responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

All products being returned must be in their original condition with no scratches, dents, or other damage. All original items must be returned, including, but not limited to, antennas, cables, components, manuals, and undamaged packaging.

  • Before shipping the product, it is required that you send us a picture of the packed box, so as the items in it are visible.
  • Returns must be placed in an outer shipping box to avoid any damage to the product packaging.
  • Order number must be precisely written on the outer shipping box.
  • Tracking number is required after returning the product.
  • If you received your product damaged, please contact us for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This would not be considered a return.
  • If you’d like a refund for your order but you can’t return it to us for any reason, then a refund for that order will be at our discretion.

 

Products that were not authorized to be returned or that do not meet any of these terms and conditions may be rejected or subjected to a restocking fee of 20%, at our discretion.

The return process may take from 2 to 6 weeks once we get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return and complete your refund.
