I live in a very rural area quite far from the cell tower. I could hear callers but they couldn’t hear me, especially during the business day when the tower was heavily used. This booster eliminated my problem. Installation was easy (except for getting the antenna on the roof) and the cables were long enough to meet my needs. Factory support appears to be very attentive, though I haven’t had to use it yet. Overall, I’m quite satisfied.
