1. Things To Check your cell phone frequency before purchase

Things Pre-purchase Check:

  1. The booster can only amplify the signal, it can’t create a signal. If there is no outside signal, the booster will not work for you. Please make sure you can make call successfully outside your house.
  2. The booster can work only if your cell phone works on the same frequency band as the booster. Please check which band your cell phone uses firstly using the methods below:
  • For iPhone:
  1. Dial *3001#12345#*, then the press Call button
  2. Click ‘Serving Cell Info’
  3. Check ‘Freq Band Indicator’;
  • For Android phone:

Download and install the app: LTE Discovery, tap ‘SIGNALS’ and check band number.

2.How should I choose the right booster for me?

To choose the right option, you would need to determine the network you would like to improve – 2G, 3G, 4G or all, the network provider and the area size (square feet or meters)
Before ordering, you need to know your network operator frequency. Every network operator has its own technology and frequency. The signal booster can only work well when it is suitable for your network frequency, otherwise, it would not boost any signal.

3. Is it legal to use?

Our signal boosters are CE, FCC & FCC ID certified.

4. Do you have a shop from where I can come and take my product?

We sell boosters online only.

5. What does a mobile phone signal booster include? How does it work? Can I use the signal booster when the outdoor signal has 0 bar?

1) A signal booster kit mainly includes a signal amplifier, an outdoor antenna(with a 10 meters coaxial cable ), and an internal antenna(with a 5 meters coaxial cable) etc.
2) The outdoor antenna receives the signal from the base station to transmit to the repeater, the signal is boosted around the place via the indoor antenna to improve the call; It is suitable for transmitting the voice and data of the mobile phone, tablet PC, or the Internet.
3) Signal booster can only boost the mobile phone network signal, but does not help to generate any signal. For example, if your outside signal has 0 bar, it can not work or bring you any signal.

6. My outside signal only has 1 bar, the booster can bring me signal?

Yes, it can. According to this situation, you need a higher dB gain booster (80dB gain)+ a higher dbi outdoor LPDA antenna+ a higher dbi indoor wall panel antenna. You can contact our customer service to get related information.

7. How can we do if we order the wrong frequency booster?

8. Do you ship to my country?

We can ship our mobile phone signal boosters to you free of delivery charges on all products. There is no reason to worry about where you are located.

9. Can the 4G booster cover 3G and 2G signal as well?

4G boosters operate at 4G frequencies. In case 2G and/or 3G are being provided at the same frequency/ies as the 4G signal, the booster will improve all the signals. Mainly, 2G and 3G are provided at different frequency/ies.

10. I want to make sure I have excellent coverage in my room to make regular phone calls back home and fast internet to stream movies. Is this something you offer?

We offer mobile signal boosters that can definitely help you, if you receive at least 1 stable signal bar outside. You’ll also have fast internet if you get 3g or 4g on your phone in your area. In case you have a poor signal, you will need to get a Power Line product, as the Standard products improve signal when there are 4-5 bars outside.

11. Am I supposed to set my phone reception to a different setting, if I still see 1 or 2 bars?

Your phone should be set up on the signal service that you want to boost. For example, if you purchase a 4G booster, you should enable 4G on your phone, if you receive 4G signal in your area and if your phone supports it, otherwise, the booster will not improve the signal.

12. How can I find out what frequency I have on my phone?

You can contact your mobile operator and check with them the frequency of your area.

13. Do you have Afterpay?

We accept payments via PayPal, credit card and direct bank transfer.

14. Do you repair signals boosters?

Under warranty, we repair or replace our products. Please, check our Warranty Policy.

15. When does the 30-day guarantee begin? From the date of order, or date received?

It will start from the day you placed the order.

16. Do you sell only boosters?

We provide complete kits, that include the booster unit and the required accessories for installation. In addition, we sell different accessories.

17. Can I have mobile reception in two buildings?

Surely you may have the reception in 2 and more buildings. For areas larger than 600 sqm, we require floor plans, so as our Technical Department can give our customers the best solution.

18. What a good signal strength should be? At the moment, ours is higher than -60 dB. Do I need to try to get that down?

• -50 to -79 dBm, then it’s generally considered great signal (4 to 5 bars).
• -80 to -89 dBm, then it’s generally considered good signal (3 to 4 bars).
• -90 to -99 dBm, then it’s generally considered average signal (2 to 3 bars).
• -100 to -109 dBm, then it’s generally considered poor signal (1 to 2 bars).
• -110 to -120 dBm, then it’s generally considered very poor signal (0 to 1 bar). In case of 1-3 bars, you need to purchase a Power Line product.

In case of 4-5 bars – Standard unit will work.

1. What is a Mobile Signal Booster?

Mobile Signal Booster is a CE, FCC certified equipment that improves 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE signals.

2. Will the booster improve my signal if I have no signal?

You would need to have at least one stable bar outside for the booster to improve your signal.

3. Are mobile boosters safe?

CE and FCC ID approvals guarantee that the product does not contain any hazardous substances.

4. How does the signal booster work?

The outside antenna reaches out to access the signal from the cell tower and delivers it to the booster, which in its turn amplifies the signal and spreads it over the area through an indoor antenna.

5. Can the signal booster improve signal outside?

Our boosters are designed to improve signals inside a building, vehicle or boat.

6.How to choose the right booster for home/office or any other indoor space?

First of all, you need to determine the strength of the mobile signal outside the building. The best way to check it is in decibels, as bars are not as accurate as dbs. On most Android phones you simply need to navigate to Settings-About Phone. Your signal strength in decibels (dB) will be displayed under ‘Status’ – ‘SIM Status’.

Next, estimate the area in square meters that you want to cover.

Note: Update for iOS 11 does not allow for iPhones to be placed in the Field Test mode.

7. Is it possible to split the signal inside using a splitter?

The internal antenna will provide you with 10 feet coverage (from antenna). Surely, you may split the signal, but as you split, the signal will get weak, as you are not providing with better signal, but you are splitting the existing one.

9. Does the booster work with GPRS?

Our boosters work for 2G, 3G and 4G LTE. GPRS is considered to be in between 2G and 3G. Customers interested in improving their GPRS signal, mainly choose 2G and 3G (dual band) boosters.

10.Will it work for all the operators?

We provide single, dual and tri band boosters. The number of operators depends on the frequency/is at which the booster works.

For example, a 2100Mhz (single band) booster will improve 3G signal for all those operators that provide a 3G signal at this frequency.

11.Can I use my cable/antenna with your booster?

In such cases we request for technical specifications for both items. Our technical specialists review them and in case of their approval, the items can be used with our booster.

12. Can I order only the booster, not the whole kit? What will be the price?

Absolutely. The price depends on the area size the booster covers. Our consultants will provide you with price information as soon as you contact us with the query.

13. Can the booster be used with cell modem?

Boosters do not work with cell modems.

14. Is the booster compatible with my provider?

Each mobile provider transmits 2G, 3G, and 4G at certain frequencies. In case the device frequency or frequencies correspond to the one of the providers, the booster will work correctly. Thus, when choosing a booster, it is highly recommended to check the frequencies of the particular signal in the area

15. Do you know if aerial connections are waterproof?

Our signal booster components for outside are all weather resistant, so be rest assured that you won’t have any problem using them.

2. Can I return an item for a replacement instead of a refund?

You can return the product for a replacement within 30 days from the receiving date. As soon as we receive the product in its original packaging, we will ship the new one and refund the price difference, if there is any.

3. How long does it take for me to get a refund?

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 Business Days to post the funds to your account

4. Do we have to pay for the return? How much?

In case the product isn’t as described, i.e. it arrives damaged, or there are missing parts, we refund you the total purchase price plus the return fees. Otherwise, we do not refund the return costs

5. Have you received my returned items?

It usually takes 2-3 working days to receive the parcel at the fulfillment center, inspect your return and complete your refund.

6. How do I return something to you?

7. What address can I use to return my items to you?

Please, get in touch with us for the return address. We are not liable to refund in case of returning an item to the wrong address.

8. How can I arrange a return and refund?

9. Can I use courier service for my return like myHermes rather than Royal mail or the post?

The return costs are covered by our customers, so the courier choice is up to them.

10. Shall I use our PO number for the return?

You should use your order or invoice number.

1. Can I cancel my order?

It is possible for you to cancel your order after the payment has been confirmed. In order to do so, please contact the company or cancel your order in the following 24 hours after your payment has been confirmed. You can click here for in order to cancel your order.

3. I am missing an item from my order what should I do?

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item’s name. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can. Please, note, that we will request for the package picture to solve the issue.

4. What to do if I received a faulty item?

We will sort out any issue with faulty items right away. As soon as you discover a fault, please, contact our Customer Care team with:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item’s name
  • The picture of the faulty item

5. Why have not I received an order confirmation email?

If you have not received a confirmation email, please, contact us.

6. How do I return something to you?

If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you.

1. How can I pay for the booster?

We accept Visa/Master cards, PayPal and Bank Wire transfer. To place an order, you need to choose the booster, add it to cart and proceed to Checkout.

2. How should I use my coupon code?

You need to enter your coupon code exactly the same way it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste it into the ‘Coupon’ box.

 

Once you have entered the code, click on ‘Apply coupon’ and it will add the code to your order. Next, the price of your order will change to reflect the code.

Note: You must enter the discount/coupon code when you are checking out as it can’t be applied later.

If the code is not working, please, check the following:

You can only use one discount/promo code per order. This applies to our free delivery codes too.

  • Discount/coupon codes cannot be used for discounted items.
  • Discount/coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
  • Discount/coupon codes may have expiry dates, thus, make sure to use it before expiration.

3. Can I use more than one promo code on my order?

You can only use one coupon code per order.

4. When will my account be charged for my order?

Payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. In case you do not receive a confirmation email, please, check your spam folder and if you still cannot find there a confirmation email, please, contact us.

1. The status of my booster is fine, but still I cannot receive amplification. Why?

In case the readings are correct on the booster, but you still cannot receive a proper amplification, please, provide us with the following information:

  • The service you wanted to improve
  • The network provider name
  • The signal strength (please, refer to ‘how to check the signal strength’ questions)

Depending on the case, we may ask for additional information to solve the issue in a better way.

2.How long should be the distance between the internal and external antennas?

The distance between the outside antenna and the booster unit should be between 10-15 meters.

3. How many internal antennas can be connected to one booster?

Up to 3 internal antennas can be connected to one booster, but you need to take into consideration that the internal antenna will provide you with 10 feet coverage (from the antenna). And as you split, the signal will get weak, as you are not providing with better signal, but you are splitting the existing one.

In such cases we recommend our customers to provide us with their layout plan, so as we can recommend the right option. In most cases, two boosters are recommended to be purchased.

4. Why does my cell phone keep losing its connection?

You may face such an issue in case you are too far away from the cell tower. Additionally, there may be interference between the cell tower and you. This may be caused by the materials used in construction – metal, for example. In fact, the signal may be blocked by trees, bad weather and hills too.

5. May I place the outdoor antenna inside the roof?

Outdoor antenna should be placed outside on the roof where you have the best signal reception.

6. How should I check my signal strength?

You can check how strong your signal is on your phone by entering Field Test Mode. The way to enter Field Test Mode varies from phone to phone.

You may see your signal strength in bars at the top of your screen, but this does not provide precise information. Thus, you would need to enter Field Test Mode to check your signal strength in decibels (dB).

-80dB or higher, i.e. -70, -60, -50, is considered a strong signal, while in the range of -80 and -90 is an average signal. Below -90 is considered as a poor signal.

Enter Settings — About Phone. Your signal strength in decibels (dB) will be displayed under ‘Status’ – ‘SIM Status’.

Field Test Mode for iPhone

Dial *3001#12345#* on your keypad and press dial. This will bring up the Field Test menu. In the top left corner, the numerical strength value will appear instead of bars.

Unfortunately, this is not supported on iPhone 7 and higher versions. In case you have a newer version, you will have to check your signal strength.

7. Can I use more cable for inside antenna?

It is recommended to use up to 30 meters for areas up to 600 square meters and from 30-50 meters for areas up to 2500 square meters.

8. My booster is not working. How can you fix that?

We would require the following information for checking the booster and coming up with the best solution. You may see pictures of the required information to take similar ones for getting in touch with us.
